These terms govern your use of the RegXperts website and any order placed through it.
About us
The site is operated by The RegXperts Ltd, company number 16158485, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 163 Frodingham Road, Scunthorpe, DN15 7NH. We are a DVLA Registered Number Plate Supplier (RNPS 72809).
Eligibility to order road-legal plates
By UK law, you must provide proof of identity and proof of entitlement (V5C, V750, V948 etc.) before we can dispatch any road-legal number plate. We will not manufacture any road-legal plate without the correct documentation. Show plates do not require documentation but must not be displayed on a vehicle in use on a public road.
Submitting your order
When you place an order you confirm that the registration entered is correct, that you are authorised to use it, and that the documents you upload are genuine. We reserve the right to refuse any order where documentation is missing, illegible or inconsistent with the registration.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via the payment methods displayed.
Cancellation
Custom plates cannot be cancelled once production has started (usually within one hour of order). Accessory orders can be cancelled by email to sales@regxperts.co.uk up to the point of dispatch.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegXperts is not liable for losses arising from incorrect registrations submitted by the customer, fines or penalties resulting from non-compliant use of plates, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, photography, illustrations, code, design) belongs to RegXperts or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Vehicle manufacturer logos used in the plate builder are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
